Andi-all I can say is WOW! What a great idea, and it is spreading to so many places. They couldn’t have a better trainer, or someone who understands people better. I will keep checking to see where you go next.

Andi, Very impressive. You’re energy is very contagious! I’m glad to say I know you! Thanks for bringing me in. I love teaching Enhance Fitness!

  3. Cindi

Very cool! I love all the personal touch and stories about the places you’ve been. It’s great to see someone special have such an impact on so many people, and I never realized this was something you started yourself – way to go Andi! Thanks for sharing, maybe we should do this at my church when the Detroit area picks it up.

Thanks everyone. Cindi, I didn’t actually start it myself. I was just very fortunate to be at the development of this in Michigan at the same time we were applying for a large CDC grant in this state. The opportunity arose and I’m happy to be a part of this great program.

Hi Tammi! Of course I remember you from Oklahoma. Great times at Karoke–I tell that story a lot about studying for the practical on the dance floor! Hope all is well 🙂

    Hi Andi,

I took your class yesterday and what an inspiration you are. I’m so motivated to start helping my fellow senior citizens to have a better quality of life thanks to the Enhance Fitness Program.

Hi Paige, glad you like it. Where do you teach in Seattle and how long have you been with the program?

  11. Hi Andi! I happened upon your post in LinkedIn. I didn’t realize you’d returned to Michigan. I’ve been wondering why I didn’t see you during my drive into the Y. Very happy for you and wish you all the very best!

Hi Andi. I am a member of the Central Florida YMCA. I emailed you some time ago because I saw in a Broward County Y something about swim suit donations for needy children when I was visiting my daughter in South Florida. Recently I learned you are in Michigan. I spent many summers in Charlevoix and learned from my mother the history of the Charlevoix Area Community Pool, have been swimming there, and am impressed with the scope of services including but not limited to providing swim lessons for school children and accomodating disabled clients with both pvc wheelchairs and a ramp entry into the pool the pool provides in a small community where the danger of drowning is ever present and the opportunity for learning to swim outdoors is limited to the summer months. Do you know of it?

  13. Chris–great to hear from you. Yes, one of our favorite sayings “Motion is Lotion” and so appropriate during April–Arthritis Awareness Month!! Hope all is well with you–Andi
